Rank up codes

How to use them

Just out of interest... do the rank up codes with Exx rank you up gradually or do they rank you up in one go? Also how do the rank up codes work that dont have a suck to go with them???

1 each game u play u get eitheir e19 or e10 w/e depends on the code ur using (Ex. 1 game gets u 1.45E19 in two games u get 2.45E19 or 2.90e10 i cant remember)
2. just turn them on like e10, turn it on and in one game u get 1 e10.
