and you need 2 psps bcuz
the rank up code is set to be the lowest negative
and the rank down, is set to the highest positive
when the 2 psps are on the same side ,, after a win or lose
the server reads what happened and misfires

because when i tried porting the e19 to the 1.6 patch i ported the lines wrong and got what the lines in red are. so i tested it and i just named it e15 for fun and posted on here. Now the lines in blue are the lines i tried porting but ended up with the lines in red... but i later fixed them but never said anything. :happy:
