I've seen some different characters that I haven't unlocked yet like the SEAL in the Gasmask, A Merc in this Red Jacket, etc. How do you get these?

the seal in a gasmask is a preorder addon

the merc in the red jacket is a reward for completing the tea and cupcakes mission on the online campaign

How do you do the Tea and Cupcakes mission?

Is it like really rare like FTB2's Sausage Mission.

just get on the co-op and you will find an open game. complete it to get the 4 maids and a old guy in a red jacket
