I have downloaded the add-ons and changed the name of the folder in UCES01242 (I'm playing the EU version) but it doesn't work for me. I have downloaded the files in the Hong Kong psn store and put them in my mso/PSP/GAME/UCES01242 folder.
I've uploaded the folder to rapidshare so you can check if it works for you.

Btw you can't download these addons from the Honk Kong psn store anymore because the campaign ended today
