Perfect Target lock?

Will it be possible to make such a code? If so i would like to know how it might be made, so i can do so myself :D. If i do make a PTL however, i might not release it for the sake of FTB:)

Edit: Or perhaps if i do make a PTL i will say so in this thread whenever, but if anyone would like to have the code just PM me. That is if i can trust you not to leak it :)
