They don't put parts of a restaurant outside in michigan, maybe in florida, not here.

They don't do it here either, its just once section of the restaurant and the smoke just goes rite over, shit is terrible when your trying to eat. But thats why I eat in PA cause all smoking is banned! :D
That sucks, yea here they put the smokers outside either where the umbrellas are or where the fans are.
Thats what i love about my state,its banned in most places,resurants,bars,etc.
