I would kill if I felt like it...!
no matter where you go things are going to be corrupt
Been there, than that.. After serving 6 years in the military i'm happy that i'm out.. Although, sometimes i still miss it especially all the friends i've made while serving.
It depends, but you know what... I guess in this time of age it doesn't really matter anymore. Bush sent us to Iraq for his own freaking personal reasons, not for politics, not for terrorrism, but for his own.
Anyway, i'd like to share this poem that i really love, i love it because it speaks of the truth and from the heart.
The SoldierIt is the soldier, not the reporter,
who has given us freedom of the press.
It is the soldier, not the poet,
who has given us freedom of speech.
It is the soldier, not the campus organizer,
who has given us the freedom to demonstrate.
It is the soldier, not the lawyer,
who has given us the right to a fair trial.
It is the soldier,
who salutes the flag,
who serves under the flag,
and whose coffin is draped by the flag,
who allows the protester to burn the flag.
Congress approved it, democratic congress at that. Reason being is that they didn't know any better. They sent troops because they had a reasonable suspicion that there was nuclear weapons and sadam hussein denied access to check, therefore raising the suspicion.
Then, they fought back.
Also, it was essentially a statement that we are still the top.
I'd kill for my country.
