Kinda like a polictical campaign
Someone in 1337 has to nominate you to be in the poll. When 4 people are nominated, Staff votes on who gets in. If they get lets say at least 80% of "yes" then, that person goes to be approved by johnny (who in turn has veto Power).
now that is perfect. If johnny dislikes this idea (he earn no moneys), let's just do it anyway on my personal VB forum :)
