Yea I know... I realized this when I tried posting the updates. I actually think its a issue with the shoutbox and the live topics. I'm conversing with VBulletin and having them take a look at it. It should be fixed by tomorrow, but for now remember if it says flood, that it posted your topic.

Repair/Optimize tables in admincp until they all say okay. The shoutbox "replied to the thread" thing is causing that. Might want to keep it disabled.
