Why can't i change my avatar?

damn it. I've been busier then hell the past few days. I'll get to it

I'll get it running. Also I noticed IP ban doesn't show up in admin cp... (that'll be something you have to fix)


edit: I think I have fixed it, but I'm not 100% sure
