Ok, sorces are sketchy, so I try to stick to what I know. Ur a Bid Daddy in this game... a big sister is more like it, and u fight other big sisters who are actully the little sisters from the first game u never saw. Set 10 year after the first game, ur activated by Tennabaulm to rescue the new wave of little sisters that were in fact captured from the surface. This game is diffrent, one u have the rivet gun, two the drill, three the fear that the big daddies had, so no unprovoked attack when ur in the room. Also some pics surfaced and u can duel wield a flamethrower and ur plazmids. This show that other ablities and weapons may work this way. Hello, Ice and drill combo.

Dude their is only one big sister in the game. the flamethrower is a plasmid, I think the incenerate 3. the plasmids upgrade differently in this game, they get more potent and get a bit better in terms of blast radius and distance, i am not sure about the other plasmids however as to what they do, i only know about the incinerate.
