[Fallout 3] This is Bull Pie!!!

While playing today went to Rivet City to Complete the learn about Rivet City's history. I talked to Madison Li and I was give Scientific Pursuits Mission. After getting close to completing it; I went to continue the Following in His Footsteps mission and it skipped it. Now I cant get the achievement.

What do you mean it skipped it? The Rivet City quest your talking about, is that the one you get from doing the wasteland survival guide, where you have to go into the back end of Rivet City? (you have to have 100 lockpick, and you have to go into the radiated water where the Mirelurks are).

Normally when you go to Rivet City and talk to Li you finish that quest and get the achievement because you find your father there right away. Its weird. buggy I think.

I was doing that quest but I got distracted and did part of Scientific Pursuit.

I killed all the Mirelurks.

That's weird. U also could have loaded an old save to fix this.
