You talking about when you load a save game or just the disk entirely? If it is the save game, just download a game save for wherever you want and load it. If it is a disk problem, you will probably have to buy a new one unless (if you bought at gamestop) they have that disk scratch return policy or if you bought it used.
is it the game? clean the disk or something
I bought it new from a military base. Disk is clean I take care of them when I dont play them.
