No the place for Op Anc. is accesed only for that, their base is Fort Independence and you may have to do quite a bit of trading to get in... Don't force your way in... all Outcasts will become hostile

i got 100 big guns and 100 energy weapons,i think i can handle a few outcasts lol,but ill take your advice,and when you did opac,did the outcasts attack their leader after you got your shit and was goin to leave?
