Prototype base destruction?

how do you destroy all of the military bases in prototype,they just respond.my friend told me about a cutscene if you destroy em all.You kill the parker chick or something.it sounded awesome.

You can destroy the bases and the hives but eventually they will re-spawn. The number of military personnel or infected will slightly decrease around that area for a short time but they will eventually return. I don't know if you can destroy all of the bases quickly and unlock the cutscene but if you destroy them all before they come back, you might have a chance.

the hard part i you have to do it on like day 17 or 18,when the infection re-spikes
