Steps:
Rename Rick Roll.exe to something believable
Give the renamed exe to a friend.
After they restart give them the Fix.exe to remove the Task Manager restriction.

Note: If you use it on yourself you can use the Fix.exe to enable the Task Manager and then just end the program from the Task Manager.
