Sorry man but no. Runescape is not hackable. The only thing you can do is change the apperance, but not actually the value. Try hacking, do it, odds are you will be banned in a matter of minutes assuming you actually get that far.

No, you cant....
For example if you have 1 gold and you changed it to 100 gold....the server still knows you have 1 gold. Try to buy somthing for 100 gold, it wont work.
