i downloaded the FlashBack and SnowBlind map packs for Gears Of War 2 but when i try to play the it says "SyKotik Cannon does not have the required map packs" or something like that. any help?

let me tell u this... a long time ago on my friends 360 I downloaded Oblivion expansions (vile lair and knights of 9), and I used my 360 hard drive and his 360. well when I got home it didn't work, I called Microsoft and told them after being transfered 3x they told me that my 360's code and his 360's code aren't compatible or some BS they told me to re-download it and long story short nothing! They told me when my 360 got the RROD that all my downloads would have to be re-downloaded because they sent me a replacement, again I got nothing, if I had live running it would work otherwise it won't work.

Does the marketplace allow you to download the map packs again? If so (you will probably have to pay for them again) download again and see if it works. If not key in the "x,x,right bumper,left bumper" code when you go to sytem/memory/and press Y on the HD (hard drive) option. If you have not done that before, all it is, is system maintenance and it will clear the 360's hard drive cache and delete updates and such. You will have to re-update your games but it might help you do re-download a map pack that has been downloaded on someone elses xbox. This probably won't work but it's worth a try.
