i myself would learn the basics from gimp or pdn,then move onto photoshop,following tuts until you feel comfortable and stop using them

I personaly found Gimp more tricky to use. Maybe because i got used to photoshop.

I Have PhotoShop CS4.
My Other Comp. Has Gimp And I Hate It. Its Way To Confusing.
And Paint.Net, Umm Its Ok But I Perrfer PhotoShop All The Way.
