I need help setting up MKULTRA, Bakonice so I can use peoples name etc on socom ftb2 I tryed everything but I cant get it to work

I am running 5.00 m33-6 on a psp slim

I Dont know what the problem is because i had this problem to but it fixed all of a sudden when i tried installing it again.You got the right firmware right?
