This will free your ram, usually your pc will constantly keep an amount of data loaded in the paging in your ram. By doing this, it will pretty much clear out a a substantial amount of the memory it is holding. But be careful. You don't want to keep clearing out everything, or you will get to a point in which, your pc wipes the needed memory out and takes a little while for it to obtain what it needs.

I will bet you every single vBux I have that it's mystring.
The dude even said in his video that its mystring he messed up when making the video look in the description.
