Serious question

Its like form the 1990's and i want to get rid of the crap on it and make it like a normal computer with xp.

also could i take the disks that came with my dell and wipe the memory of the computer and put the dell software on there?

there's no way in hell it would run XP, can you get me a model # so I can give you correct links to software to install
