Help with windows

so as most of you guys know I'm a mac guy, not a windows one, however I have a windows question. My school (unfortunately) uses windows, but they block the control panel. These computers have two accounts, one, student, which is the user account, and another, Help_Desk, which is the admin account. I have been able to do some "hacking" (just typed the word Help_Desk as the user when I logged in) and I now have admin access to any and all school computers, however control panel is STILL blocked. These computers also run Novel's shitty log in service. So here's my question, how the hell do I gain access to control panel? User who PM's ME the best guide will receive 5k vbux and rep+

If your truly an admin and have admin rights then you should be able to go to..

Start > Run and type in gpedit.msc It will pop up Group Policy editor.

Now explore the following..

User Configuaration > Administrative Templates / Administrative Settings > Control Panel

Look at the policies below the folders.

Double click "Prohibit Access to the Control Panel" and then set the check box to disabled.

Not 1000% sure this is going to work because he says that as an Admin he doesn't have the Control Panel. Thats bad, Admin's should have everything.

zeus, your guide worked!!!!!!!! Are you ready for this (warning, excessive pant shitting may occur) so on all computers in my school there are two accounts, student and help_desk. You would assume the account student was just a regular account and help_desk was the admin account. Ready for this, BOTH yes BOTH are admin accounts, and NO I did NOT make them this way, this is how the shitheads at the IT dep. made it
