Google it, there are spyware/malware removers all over.
I have avast and ad-adware....
None of them pick up anything.

That isn't the after effects thats a Rundll32 that is failing to open the DLL.
In case you don't understand, when you turn your computer on the virus / what ever you have put a key in your registry to open a .dll file when you login. This is basically telling you that it couldn't open the .dll file, sometimes this means the virus isn't active when it can't start but to be careful download this \/.

i think you should get a antivirus
i recommend :
MCafee
NORTON
AVAST
PANDA
if the alert keep appearing probably the process of the program that you open keep in process
press Ctrl+Alt+del and open task manager and go to process and on the list of process try to look for the program that make the alert pop up open's
and click END process
