iPod Touch Jailbreaking

hm ok.

here's another question:

Do you think its a bad idea to buy it from a store? considering Apple just released a new firmware I'm not too sure because it was just released a couple of days ago and I doubt they've already started shipping in new ipods with the firmware but what do you think? should I hurry up and get it before they do (if they haven't)?

yeah I figured that out and besides they don't make 2gs anymore only 3gs

It doesn't matter cause all of them can be jailbroken plus I don't think they re-stock them that much so it should still be running the old firmware.
