iCheat has been updated to Revision 4.

This update includes the previous NitePR Mods in Revision 3, CWCheat,
DMP, GTA Cheat Devices.
Added includes in Rev.4:
- NitePR Legacy Files (A-J)
- SocomPR Beta
- Got bored so i added a back button...=P...(don't use back after entering "about iCheat")

Note to developers of cheat devices-
If you have a beta or developed cheat device, let me know through
QJ or ConsoleDiscussions.
