Re: Since Nobody Goes to To Homebrew Help....
pretty sure you can use CTF Manager to make your own theme since you have all the pieces to make the theme. But you might need microsoft .net framework. thats what has kept me from messing with ctf manager. I would like to take my favorite bits from each theme and build my own too. If I am mistaken abot the net framework thing, someone please correct me. And if you do need framework, could someone who has it already put a theme together for me? I would be willing to give all my vbucks...

Re: Since Nobody Goes to To Homebrew Help....
If your Custom Wave is called "system_plugin_bg.rco" follow these instructions:
BEFORE DOING ANYTHING, MAKE SURE YOUR BACKGROUND & THEME IS ON "CLASSIC".
IF NOT, YOU WILL SEMI-BRICK YOUR PSP
- Go into Recovery Menu
- Go to Advanced> Toggle USB (flash0)
- Your PSP will go into USB mode and instead of the memory stick, it will be flash0, which is like the theme settings of the PSP.
- Go to vsh>resource
- I suggest you make a backup of the Original Sony Wave, so copy & paste the system_plugin_bg.rco file in there.
- Then copy & paste your Custom Wave, which should be called "system_plugin_bg.rco", into the "resource" folder.
- After that, go back to your PSP and un-toggle the "Toggle USB (flash0)
- Leave Recovery Menu
- Then your Custom Wave will be there
