Aha! Problem! When you activate NitePR, along the top of the game it should say 'Push Home twice and then +&-'. If you DO NOT see this, get a diff. version of NPR/make sure yours is activated.

Also make sure it is in the game.txt. :-) That is a common mistake as well. The game.txt file in the nitepr folder.
