no you just put the folder on your psp/game folder and your ready to go
Nice find, but I prefer PSP Filer over Xplora...it's text based instead of graphical like Xplora, but it can do more (it's had features like ripping UMDs and arranging your apps even in it's earlier versions, and Xplora is just now catching up)...
But I guess Xplora is easier to use for people new to stuff like homebrew
