    Well Roms are technically not illegal as long as you have the the original copy from the makers. I mean I have an N64 with Golden Eye so its fine. But dont worry alot of the games are so old that no one really cares if you download them or not. Anyhow if you have a hacked psp theres not too much difference in playing these games. Concerning where to find them there are alot of good places to find roms.
