Hmmm, this can't be homebrew. There is no EBOOT.PBP. I opened the folder and there are .html files. This is like a portal that lets you view security cameras around the world. I'm NOT SURE yet if this is a portal, but it can't be homebrew because there is no EBOOT.PBP.
