Requirements:
5.03 Official Firmware
A PSP Phat or Slim (1000, 2000, or 3000)
5.03 ChickHEN
5.03 GEN-A


Phat Installation:

  1. Copy the contents of PHAT's MS_ROOT folder to your memory stick root ms0:/
  2. Go to your photos and run eggsploit.tiff
  3. When HEN is loaded connect your PSP via USB
  4. Drag the 5.03 GEN folder to your Desktop
  5. Open LAUNCH-ME.exe
  6. Choose your PSP model
  7. For "Mode" choose FULL
  8. For "PSP Install" choose yes
  9. Make sure "PSP Unit Drive" is the letter of your PSP
  10. Press start
  11. When the files are copied to your PSP disconnect it from USB
  12. Launch the main EBOOT.PBP using ChickHEN R2. (You must use the R2 I included!)
  13. When it loads press L or R to flash the firmware. You only need to make it once.
  14. Press O to reboot into your new Custom Firmware :D


Slim Installation:

  1. Copy the contents of SLIM's MS_ROOT folder to your memory stick root ms0:/
  2. Go to your photos and run slim.tiff
  3. When HEN is loaded connect your PSP via USB
  4. Drag the 5.03 GEN folder to your Desktop
  5. Open LAUNCH-ME.exe
  6. Choose your PSP model
  7. For "Mode" choose FULL
  8. For "PSP Install" choose yes
  9. Make sure "PSP Unit Drive" is the letter of your PSP
  10. Press start
  11. When the files are copied to your PSP disconnect it from USB
  12. Launch the main EBOOT.PBP using ChickHEN R2. (You must use the R2 I included!)
  13. When it loads press L or R to flash the firmware. You only need to make it once.
  14. Press O to reboot into your new Custom Firmware :D

-===Notes===-
============
-When you install the CFW you can remove the "files" folder from your memory stick
-Make sure you remove or rename the "flasher.prx" in the MAIN APP folder to avoid wrong flash times
-If the PSP crashes or you shutdown, you will need to load ChickHEN R2 again to load the main app and press O to reboot into CFW
-If you don't shutdown your PSP you are always going to be in CFW
-Don't flash themes
