I did tried and it's not working for my both cfw 4.01 m33-2 and 5.00 m33-3.

Well try this one below, should be working for any recent cfw. Extract and move the gpsp folder into your game folder. bios is included so no need to find anymore. to add roms, add in here "gpsp\GBA\ROM"

every rom works fine with me!

O is A and X is B
Anyway you can change the key layout and etc. have fun.
