damn right it is, steal wifi passwords, capture packets, dictionary attacks to the retards who use words from the dictionary as their passwords, phone phreak (can't really do it now). All that stuff is easy, almost script kiddie easy, however to steal wifi passwords, you can't really be a script kiddie, you actually need to know what you are doing, there isn't a script to do it. I for example stole all the wifi passwords from my neighbors who use WEP as their security of choice, I would steal the one that uses WPA, but my laptop that I do it all on is updating to 9.04 right now. Oh and in VIP (spoiler alert)
