i like it beter,u can get more in,it is a 15 punds difference,but i make up with the weight room :),bad thing is,half of it isnt even weight lifting thou,if you go,you have to do everything

Your 2 feet infront of it,not able to lean on it

ypour doing croushes for 30 seconds at a time,your back has to be parrell to the wall or u get 15 seconds added with 10 pushups
