Start curling 20 for 6 - 8 reps for 3 sets. If you can't get 6 get as many as you can wait 2 minutes and do it again for 3 sets.
Same thing until you can do 8 - 8 - 8 on the 20 pound on curling. You should see an increase in your speed like 70 - 80 tops once you can do 8 - 8 - 8 then start doing 25's and you'll see a better increase. Also work on the different part of your arms.
20 Pound Curls
Diamond Push Ups ( Put the index finger and thumb in an L and put them on the ground touching and do like 10 push ups. Works your triceps. )
Wide Push Ups ( Arms wider than shoulder length put your elbows out as far as you can get them while bent at a 90 degrees angle. Works chest and shoulders )
That should increase your overall upper body strength and you should be able to do a lot more things better.
