    Where did you copy this from? And anyways it doesn't matter from 3.90 M33 + or what ever CFW it is the Network Update updates your CFW to a newer CFW if there is one.

    it does?

    does it do it as a background download or it tells you when its updating

    it was 3.80 m33 when that came out

    It depends on the CTF you are using.
