hey yo i read yr problem and i am here to help!!

switch on yr psp and after it completely on press select button there u will see (cpu clock xmb and cpu clock game) make sure it is 333/166 for both.

If not change it using left or right buttons.
And after changing press select again to save yr configuration.

If yr psp becomes ok then good or else reply a post back here again.
