    copy and paste that link, and download Popstation from the link that guy provides.

    download the PSX rom of your choosing. open the Popstation, go into the downloaded PSX rom folder, click on the IMG. convert.

    this was a pretty quick explanation, so I doubt if you understand. just send me a comment if you need help and I'll provide a better explanation.
