You probably flashed a psp 2000 with a(TA-085 V3) or a psp 3000 with a (TA-090 V2)
those motherboards are NOT flashable.
once you flash one of those motherboards, you have broken your psp beyond repair.
to get custom firmware...(and i hate gen because of extreme bugs)...on one of the above, use chickHen r2 +5.03 GEN for HEN.

I do not have one of those motherboards. If I did, then how would I even be able to still use it? That comment does not make sense.
And I don't think you understand. I have tried that method to use a CFW higher than 5.00, but it causes my error when I do. No matter how I do it. That is what I am trying to solve. Why that happens.
