Well my friend wants to use some stuff that ill provide him with,but he doesn't have winrar.He doesn't have internet ether.So is there another way I can get it to him like via a flash drive with a installer?

ez,jsut download it and drag it onto your psp memory stick :p,i did that when i had to when i made nmy mms,i have vista,and i had to take it to my xp computer without internet
