A .ISO file is an image of a disc, so you just burn that image of a disc to an empty disc and you'll have the same software as the original disc. Anyways, just burn it with Nero onto a disc and make sure in your BIOS that your computer is formatted to boot to a CD first and not your hard drive. Then put the disc in and restart, it'll boot up to the disc and Ophcrack should start and do its little thing.
