We use a city-owned company, and they cut us a big ass break. Since they need us as a customer, they lowered our bill like hell and set no limits on what we can download, upload, whatever :D.

Lucky little fucker lol. They need specifically you? Or the general population? Cause it'd be cheaper to buy something like Comcast or something worse if you only wanted internet.
