with the pen tool so i dont really

You could try setting it to soft light... and it should come out like a glow... but it looks pretty good.

good good
text is decent, but not good,
but the actually subject (guy on the stock)
should not have been edited with the color, hes looking blue, and that makes it look like crap fix that, try the burn tool
