Also try disconnecting your modem and plugging it back in (reset), you can try downloading the full ISO version to see if that makes a difference. Were you able to connect before? If so, what happened since you last logged in to Socom? (Power outage, internet connection on computer lost, psp having trouble, etc.) Maybe you can troubleshoot it if you know what is different.
