how did they do it?

have you seen people with colored euro tags?
i thought it doesnt work?i know some euro letters work but not all of them
but i rarely see color tags with too much euro letters that are impossible to use on the generators...
so how did they do it?how did they get those non working euro letters to work?
anyone know how?
