All Euro's are 4 Hex Characters long, the ones that are only 2 Hex Characters long don't work.

Not completely true. I know in that link it says the hex for ø is b8c3, but I found out that most of the lower case euro o's and u's as well as a few others can be used with just 2 hex values instead of the four. Try these out,they work....

Here are all of the ones I've been able to find so far:

ø = f8
ÿ = ff
ü = f9
õ = f5
ñ = f1
û = fb
ô = f4
ö = f6
ò = f3
ó = f2
ú = fa

I'm not sure why these work without the full 4 hex values but they do. Trust me, I've tried all of these multiple times and they work perfectly.
