1. Download bakonICE 2.10
2. Make sure to add the ms0:/seplugins/bakonICE to the game.txt file
3. Enable it in recovery mode by pushing select then recovery mode if you have the ultimate VSH menu, or power off your PSP, take out the battery, put it back in holding r then power on while still holding r. Then enable the plugin.
4. In SOCOM push this code in to open bakoICE: Home, Home, Triangle + Up at the same time.
5. Scroll down to CE, tap left once to make it go to 99999 or push square.
6. You're done!
