Does anti-35 return ban other people?! HELP!

Yo I've been using an anti-35 return code and last night a random person in my room got banned. Someone told me that sometimes that anti-35 return can ban people at random, is that true or did some D-bag hit my clanmate with a ban............I NEED INFO PLEASE HELP IF YOU KNOW!!!!

Anti 35 return does not ban other people, but it may ban you.
If it's a old code... Or it's not that good of a code.
