no, its normal now on the eu servers.

Here i ve some rules to prevent it:
Fast green up if you ve joined a game.
After u played a game, you re saved in the room(no svo if you dnt leave)
If you go out of the room u ll mostly get svo.

beside, visit Co2 website, i think Linblow had released something against this...
That is just for eu, it could be diffrent from us.
