highly doubt. It probably costs next to nothing (compared to the profits they make) to keep those servers up

No I didn't mean money wise, because any gaming industry is loaded. I was saying hacking wise. but again, just a rumor, probably isn't correct, hopefully isn't correct.

I don't think they'll shut it down. They still have FTB1 able to have online they probaly won't shut FTB2 down before they do FTB1

Yeah its connected. You used to be able to go on the like the Socom Confrontation site or something and change your FTB2 password on the online account. A bunch of their shit is like back connected or something.

But theres no point in closing it now, little kids keep buying the game so they can have sausage fests online.
